My Approach

I strongly believe that the key to good health lies in a preventative and holistic approach by supporting the body as a whole and viewing each individual as unique. 

I focus on addressing the root cause of an illness and not just its symptoms, with nutrition playing an essential role but not the only role. Apart from nutrition, I also focus on your lifestyle, sleep, work-life balance, and other factors that might affect your overall health.

When working with you, I aim to give you manageable tools that you can implement straight away, so you can feel empowered and motivated to make changes.

I take a holistic approach backed up by evidence-based science and I will only use recommendations for which there is sound evidence.
